Term 02 Customer Research, Prototyping & Industry Practice Weeks 13–24

Field research, user interviews, journey maps, information architecture, high-fidelity prototyping, web technologies, collaborative design systems.

Ghost Cart Revenue Recovery

Audit and redesign an e-commerce checkout flow on Blinkit or Nykaa to recover abandoned cart losses.

Term 03 Design Thinking, Interaction & Intelligent Systems Weeks 25–36

Product management, research synthesis, interaction and motion design, conversational UI, advanced design system governance.

AI Copilot SaaS Dashboard

Prototype a natural language decision interface for a Razorpay or Zoho-style dashboard.

Term 04 Psychology & Communication Design Weeks 37–48

Psychology of play, inclusive design, cross-platform interface architecture across web, mobile and wearables, conversational systems, interactive programming.

Work directly with unicorn startup founders on early-stage product discovery, MVP UX and investor demos.

Term 05 The Capstone Project Weeks 49–64

Take a product from idea to MVP to live users, iterating with real sign-up, activation and retention data.
