How do I decide which programme to choose, or which programme is right for me?
If you are dealing with complex family dynamics or need long-term business transformation, leadership growth, and legacy building, OPM is the right choice. It is a 12-month programme for those focused on sustainable growth, succession, and global business exposure.
If there are not too many complications in your family dynamics, your primary pain point is sales or business acceleration, and you want to make a shorter commitment of your time, then 9 month BAP is a better program for you.
What is the main outcome difference?
-
12 months OPM = holistic, sustainable transformation and leadership
-
9 months BAP = fast, practical sales and process gains
Will there be the same level of rigour of practical application in both the programs?
Yes. Both programs include assignments and Capstone to ensure
whatever is taught in the class is thoroughly applied in your company. A pressing problem
that your organisation is currently facing is solved with the help of Capstone, with one on
one coaching by faculty and mentors.
Will I miss out a lot by choosing the BAP?
It's all about what your need is. Yes, you will miss out on
some aspects like in-depth modules for family, self, patriarch, non family CXOs. Also,
international immersions and Fractional Board. Nevertheless, if your current pressing need
is revenue growth, then you can go for BAP.
Is it worth doing the 12-month program if my goal is only sales
growth?
It is better to compare all aspects of both programs, what
different and additional you are getting in each, and then decide.
Can freshers apply for the 9-month BAP Certificate?
Not recommended. Ideal for those with at
least 2–3 years of business/operations experience.
Is the 9-month BAP program also designed for family businesses?
Both OPM and BAP are designed keeping
needs of family business owners and promoters.
Is the 9-month BAP course a subset of OPM?
No. It is a different program. While some
sessions are similar to OPM, there are many sessions in BAP which are not taught in OPM. See
Modules Comparison.
Can I switch from OPM to BAP?
OPM's first batch with generous
scholarships, offer of bringing a family member for free, international immersions,
Fractional Board, and almost 2X course modules offers incredible value. Hence, we strongly
dissuade students from switching from OPM to BAP.
Having completed BAP, can I upgrade myself to OPM by doing additional
courses and modules?
Yes, it is possible by doing additional
modules and international immersions. However, we would like to understand your business
objectives and then recommend the best way forward.
Can I upgrade from BAP to OPM during the program?
Yes, by completing additional modules and
paying incremental fees. However, the total cost of upgrading through this pathway will be
higher than pursuing OPM directly from the beginning. We recommend carefully evaluating your
long term objectives before making this decision.
Can I bring a family member or my professional team to the 9-month BAP program?
No. This benefit is exclusively available for the first cohort of 12-month OPM.

creativity, communication, and teamwork skills. They will be participating in a group
discussion for 45 minutes followed by a presentation (without any slides).
What happens in the personal interview, what kind of questions will be
asked?
The interview will be a one-on-one
conversation with our faculty or senior leadership. The questions will be around their
application and motivations for applying to Masters' Union. The goal is to know more about
students and what they want to achieve at Masters' Union.
