If you’re someone who wants to pursue a career in Finance but has little clarity on where to start, the
Finance & Accounting Employability Test will help you get going.

The F&A Employability test measures your interest, aptitude & motivation for professional responsibilities in the area of Finance & Accounting. It assesses your numerical, comprehension & analytical skills thereby measuring your fit for the top F&A roles.

As per your responses & aptitude, we will rank the roles you’re best suited for from the ones listed below:

  • Duration: 50 minutes

Stage 3

Results on 20th December

  • Get your personalised AI-enabled report after 48 hours

  • The report will contain your results as well as details around the suitability

Stage 4

Report Analysis on 21st December

  • Attend the live session to receive an in-depth analysis of your report from Masters’ Union Finance Faculty.

  • All attendees will receive an exhaustive guide to improve their employability at the Big 4.

Do I need to pay to take the F&A Test?

No, you can access the full F&A test free of cost.

Why should I take the test?

If you want to pursue a career in Finance but find yourself confused about the kind of role you should pursue, the F&A Employability test will help you get started by recommending the roles suitable for you as per your interest & aptitude.

Who should take the test?

If you’re someone who is:

  • In the 2nd or final year of your BCom, BBA or BA degree
  • Has up to 3 years of experience in any domain
  • Or are simply looking for roles in Finance

The test will help you get clarity on the kind of roles you’re best suited for across corporates

How many questions will be there in the test?

The total number of questions in the test is 60. Part A, F&A Career Fitment, will have 30 questions and Part B, Functional Aptitude, will consist of 30 questions as well.

What are the kinds of roles that will be suggested after I take the test?

Based on your responses, we’ll recommend you 3 roles from the following list:
