About Winter Startup Week

Masters’ Union’s Winter Startup Week is a high-intense profile enhancing programme for young entrepreneurs in Grades 8-12. Participants learn to ideate a business concept, build early-stage prototypes, and pitch their startup to real VCs.

Who can join Winter Startup Week?

This programme is for students in Grades 8–12 who are curious about entrepreneurship, startups, and business. No prior experience is needed—just creativity, curiosity, and a willingness to learn!

What will students achieve by the end of the programme?

Participants will walk away with a real early-stage business prototype, hands-on experience with business tools, AI skills for startups, and certificates & Letters of Recommendation (LOR) to strengthen college applications.

How is Winter Startup Week different from regular workshops?

Unlike standard school workshops, Winter Startup Week is hands-on, startup-focused, and aligned with NEP principles. Students ideate, prototype, market, and pitch their business ideas, guided by CXOs and industry experts.

Do students need prior startup or business knowledge?

Not at all! The programme is designed for beginners. Students learn marketing, finance, operations, AI tools, and pitching through practical exercises and real-world simulations.

What is the daily schedule and format?

The programme runs for 5 consecutive days, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, on-campus in Gurugram. Each day focuses on a key skill: ideation, finance, marketing, customer analysis, and pitching.

Can students stay on-campus?

Yes! Accommodation is available at INR 3,000 per night, with lunch included in the programme fee.

Is the programme online or in-person?

Winter Startup Week is fully on-campus for an immersive experience—students collaborate, learn, and network with peers and mentors.

What tools and software will students learn?

Students gain hands-on experience with tools like Meta Ads, Figma, PowerBI, and explore practical AI applications to make smarter business decisions.

Are there group discounts?

Yes! Individual registration: INR 39,999. Group of 4 or more: INR 34,999 per student.

Will this help with college admissions?

Absolutely. Students receive certification, LOR, and early access to Masters’ Union Incubation, giving them a competitive edge in college applications.

How do students pitch their business ideas?

On the final day, students prepare a pitch deck and present their ideas to real investors and founders, gaining feedback and experience in persuasive storytelling.
