High School Career Counsellors & Teachers working in recognized and accredited schools in India and abroad.
This track is for principals, heads of school, school owners, founders, trustees & university leaders. It is about moving from managing compliance, operations & enrolment to building cultures of experimentation & making the school-to-university journey feel continuous.
Guiding question: How can institutions regain agency, and how can schools and universities design learning together?
This track is for counsellors moving from steering students toward safe, known options to helping them explore possibilities that don't exist yet.
Guiding question: How do we guide students toward futures we can't fully see?
This track gives students a voice. It is led by students as much as possible and explores what engages them, what disengages them, and what agency looks like in practice.
Guiding question: When did learning stop feeling like it belonged to students, and how do they take it back?
This track is for teachers who want to move from covering the syllabus to creating learning experiences that spark curiosity, and to rediscover their own agency and joy in teaching.
Guiding question: How do teachers stay curious and creative within systems that reward routine?
This track is for edtech founders, product builders and investors. It asks whether technology is making learners passengers or explorers, and how to build products that deepen agency and curiosity rather than replace them.
Guiding question: Is technology turning learning into a routine, or opening new routes to explore?

The in-person business simulation will require students to role-play as a CXO of a company and solve its business challenges in a team of 5-6 applicants. They will be participating in a group discussion for 45 minutes followed by a presentation (without any slides).
What happens in the personal interview, what kind of questions will be asked?

Is there any detailed information about GD/PI ?
The overall process will take around 3 hours.
The business simulation will last 45 minutes followed by a 15 minute group presentation. Students will be working in teams of 4-6 students on a simulated business scenario, where students will be expected to make decisions, analyse data and present their findings.
The interview will be conducted by a senior leader or a faculty member at Masters’ Union University and will be approximately 30 minutes long. They will be asked questions about their application including their achievements, essays and the video essay submitted.
