What is Decrypting Design?

Have you ever wondered what made you stay on, use & enjoy certain websites & apps? Decrypting Design - this UX Teardown Workshop aims to help students gain user insights by breaking down existing products and identifying the best UX practices step-by-step.

In this Workshop, we’ll deconstruct a bunch of Indian origin Apps that are being used by millions of users, while we

  • Examine their adherence to the 10 usability heuristic principles by Neilson Norman

  • Analyse existing products & notice the UX fails to understand the ‘why’ & ‘what-not’ behind the product design

  • Incorporate user insights in design decisions to choose the right design elements like fonts, colors, shapes & more

  • Propose the changes required to ensure an effortless onboarding & retention of users

Folks in and around Delhi NCR, join us in building a better design sense by tearing down different Apps/ Websites and gaining user insights.

We encourage students to bring along their laptop, a notebook & a pen for the live teardown.
