What are the benefits of the 24-month PGP TBM YLC programme?
The PGP TBM YLC, on the other hand, is specifically crafted
for individuals with 0–1 year of pre-MBA experience and spans 24 months. While the content
and pedagogy are identical to the flagship program, the extended timeline allows for deeper
learning and gradual development. Each core course in the PGP TBM YLC is delivered over 30
hours instead of 20, ensuring students build a solid foundation in critical concepts. A key
feature of this program is the mandatory three-month internship, which provides students
with hands-on industry experience to prepare them for leadership roles. With the additional
