DEFINITION

A starting point where every activity begins and ideas turn into reality. It's the transition point from when you plan to when you build, the exact moment when what you have been thinking about becomes something you're actually making happen.

The case comp that’s built different

This isn’t another deck-and-deadline contest.

Ground Zero 1.0 challenged the undergraduate students to think and act like real D2C founders.

In Round 1, teams shared creative video submissions with strategies to unlock the 40+ consumer segment.

In the finale in Bengaluru, the top 12 teams performed live ads, presented bold strategies, and pitched directly to Nikunj Biyani, Founder of SuperYou.

Honestly, how often do you get an opportunity like this? We got the chance to pitch directly to the Founder of SuperYou, we won ₹2 lakh, and we’ve also been offered the opportunity to intern at his company.
The entire experience felt very surreal. We still can’t fully believe that we actually won, it’s pretty crazy to think about!

Even though the result wasn’t in our favor, getting the opportunity to present in front of Nikhil Sir (Founder of SuperYou) and to work on a case with SuperYou was an amazing experience.
We’re definitely taking a lot of learnings away from this, and overall it’s been a really valuable experience for us.

One big takeaway was understanding how products actually work. In theory, things feel very structured and separate, but in real life everything happens simultaneously and not in silos. It's crazy seeing how everything fits together to make a product work and a company grow. Preparing for this was a really good experience but it gave us a much better understanding of how a business actually works.
