The event was graced by the Vice President of India, Shri Jagdeep Dhankhar, alongside his wife Dr Sudesh Dhankhar. Other notable dignitaries included Ashok Mittal, a Member of Parliament Rajya Sabha, Vipul Goyal, Minister of Revenue and Disaster Management, Government of Haryana, and the Guest of Honour, Vivek Gambhir, an accomplished business leader, whose presence added significance to this milestone celebration.

Pratham Mittal, the founder of Masters’ Union, extended a warm welcome to the Chief Guest, Shri Jagdeep Dhankhar, and Dr Sudesh Dhankhar, appreciating their inspiring journey and valued presence. He also welcomed Ashok Mittal, Vipul Goyal, and Vivek Gambhir, acknowledging their leadership and contributions to society.

In his address, Pratham Mittal praised the graduating cohort, describing them as “India’s next generation of leaders who will change the world.” He highlighted their remarkable achievements, including building innovative startups, winning prestigious case competitions at IITs and IIMs, and excelling in various other events.

He encouraged the students to embrace innovation and originality, saying, “You need an idea which is not the preserve of anyone in exclusivity.” Emphasising resilience, he added, “Failure is a myth. Failure is a step for success.” His speech inspired the audience to face challenges with courage and optimism.

Graduates were praised for creating innovative companies and contributing to the ecosystem of innovation. As Pratham Mittal pointed out, many institutions are now adopting the Masters’ Union model, further validating its pioneering approach to business education.

The graduating cohort achieved an impressive average CTC of ₹28.52 LPA, with the highest package reaching ₹61.80 LPA. As part of the Masters’ Union Venture Initiation Program, 79 startups were launched, with 16 teams—comprising 23 students—pursuing their ventures full-time post-MBA. Notably, the highest valuation achieved by a single team stood at ₹35 crore, reinforcing the institution’s pioneering approach to business education.

Throughout the ceremony, it was clear that this cohort was not just graduating but carrying forward a legacy of excellence. Masters’ Union’s vision of becoming one of the top 10 business schools globally inspired students to aim higher and lead fearlessly.
