Our campus offers a range of modern and well-equipped residential halls that cater to different preferences and needs. Each residence is designed to create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere, promoting collaboration and personal growth.

Features and Amenities

24-hour Security - The hostel will always have a security guard deployed along with biometric access.

Hostel Manager - The hostel manager will be stationed at the hostel to ensure students have a smooth stay.

CCTV - The hostel will have CCTV cameras installed throughout the entire hostel to ensure the 24-hour safety of students

Transportation - The daily commute to college will be offered through a fixed shuttle service to and from the campus and sports facility daily. The schedule for the same will be prepared and shared by the student experience team once you are at the campus.

Common Area Amenities - The hostel will be equipped with a gym, mess, and indoor sports facilities

Parking - Only 2-wheeler parking is available for students above 18 with a valid driving license.

Wifi - Students will have access to 24*7 high-speed internet across the hostel facility.

Power Backup - The hostel offers a 24*7 power backup for the entire hostel.

House-Keeping - Cleaning services will be provided on a daily basis.

Food - The meal plan includes breakfast and dinner from Monday to Friday and breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Saturdays and Sundays every month.

Laundry - Laundry services are available twice a week.

Our Resident Assistants (RAs) are here to provide guidance and support, helping you navigate university life and making your stay comfortable. Regular events and activities are organized to encourage interaction and foster a sense of belonging.

We strive to make your living experience as smooth as possible. Our dedicated housing team is available to assist you with any concerns or maintenance requests. Our all-inclusive housing fees cover utilities, so you won't have to worry about extra costs.

Fee Details

Accomodation Fees
Occupancy and per head charges for a duration of 12 months
Twin Sharing INR 2,52,000
Single Occupancy INR 4,41,000
Students can pay in three equal instalments on the dates mentioned below
1st payment by 3rd July 2021
2nd payment by 31st October 2021
3rd payment by 28th February 2022

Accommodation Fee Policy:

Kindly note that our hostel follows a one-year lock-in policy. Once students opt for hostel accommodation, they are committed to staying for the duration of one year. The hostel fee needs to be paid along with the tuition fee, ensuring a convenient and comprehensive financial arrangement for our residents. This policy ensures a stable and secure living environment, fostering a sense of community and enriching experiences among our residents.

The hostel security of INR 50,000, collected at the first fee deadline, is refundable upon completion of the course.

The accommodation fee may be adjusted in response to market-driven fluctuations in rental rates. The same will be communicated via email.
