Being in this state of constant engagement gives an opportunity for you to learn how to set priorities and make choices about learning, socialising and personal time from the very beginning of the programme, making you an expert at decision-making, which is one of the most valued qualities in a business leader.

How will I be graded at Masters' Union?

The final grades for most courses will be determined by a mix of class participation, quizzes, simulations, group assignments, projects and exams. Masters' Union grades the exams on a Standard Normal Curve, also called a Z-Curve, with a mean of 3.0. There are no forced-to-fails. To graduate, participants must maintain a mean grade of 2.1 in both the core and electives courses.

What's the minimum qualifying GPA?

Union does not have a minimum GPA requirement as the GPA system is not a globally used grading methodology. We primarily look at the courses taken and the grades received in each course, in addition to the overall academic performance.

What is your tuition fee refund policy?

The 2 Lakh deposit is refundable only in case of successful completion of the programme by the student. The admission fee, also referred to as the token fee, is non-refundable and will not be returned under any circumstances. In case a student has to withdraw from the programme after the commencement, for either academic, personal or administrative reasons, only 50% of the tuition fee will be refunded on a pro rata basis. No refund shall be made in case a student is expelled from the programme on disciplinary grounds.

How can I check if my online application has been received?

You can find out whether the online components of your application have been received by visiting the Dashboard of the online application centre. This page will indicate the status of your application. An email notification will also be sent to you within one week of submitting your application. We will inform you as to whether your file is complete or if any components of your application are missing. It is therefore important that you check your email account regularly after submitting your application.

What is the fee payment schedule?

If you are offered a place on the PGP TBM programme, you will be notified of a specific date by which you must confirm acceptance and pay the non-refundable admissions fee deposit along with a refundable security deposit. There are seven scholarship categories available for an applicant to choose from, and they can select up to two of them while filling out the application form. Post a holistic assessment, deserving candidates are awarded a scholarship in the category which best aligns with their profile.
