Masters’ Union is a new age business school offering industry-immersive business education where the classes are led by top
industry leaders and practitioners.
It is a first of its kind institute where distinguished leaders from different walks of life have really re-imagined
business education in order to create effective business professionals for the ever-changing economy. At the Masters’
Union, each class is designed to feel like an internship, with hands-on learning at its very core. The curriculum is
driven by live projects, bootcamps and simulation, and grounded in emerging technology.
The most ground-breaking feature of its 16-month intensive Post Graduate Programme in Technology and Business Management
(PGP-TBM) is that the courses are taught by CXOs, MDs, Eminent Public Leaders, and even Members of Parliament, apart
from distinguished global faculty from top B-schools who regularly consult with Fortune 500 companies.
The curriculum follows a dynamic learning model with not only core courses and specializations in modern age business
concentrations, but also a series of consulting projects with real clients, field tours and technology bootcamps, an
opportunity to build a startup, and most importantly, running a unique fund completely managed by students that invests
in capital markets. There is a specific focus on exposing the cohort to cutting-edge emerging technology that is shaping
the future of work, with dedicated modules for Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Blockchain etc.
The institute is strategically located in the very heart of Gurugram’s business district, flanked by several Fortune
500 companies, in order to provide the ultimate industry immersive and hands on learning experience from day one, as
envisioned.

In medical schools, doctors teach students, practicing lawyers teach in law schools, but in business schools faculty may not have experience with hands-on leadership in the industry. That’s a gap Masters’ Union addresses by getting CXOs, MDs, and business leaders to teach and train students.

Master's Union differs from the conventional MBA programme because here the focus is much more on practical aspect of doing the business. Core faculty at the Master's Union consists of business practitioners those who have actually done business.

In the
Press
Some media reports had wrongly mentioned that all of our esteemed Masters have made a monetary investment in the organization. It stands to be clarified that it is not true and our Masters have only committed to teaching and giving their invaluable time in the interest of the students, rather than financial returns.
